Prepare field and hospital leaders to plan and deliver orientation and onboarding by coordinating facilities, safety, and logistical requirements. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, data‑driven insights, and regular communication regarding progress and risks to appropriate stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
