This includes hospitals, private clinics, long-term care facilities, and more. Our Healthcare managers work with our employees to find a position and worksite that works well for their lifestyles.

On Call Security Guards are guaranteed a base rate during all on call hours. This rate jumps to the site-specific rate when called out to shifts, which happens nearly every day. Mileage is compensated when traveling more than 50km one-way from the employee's base location.
