  • JOB SUMMARY The Hospital Operator is responsible for answering and processing routine and emergency hospital calls. Responsible for answering and processing all answering service calls. Responsible for responding to all emergency codes, procedures and alarms. Maintains Physician On-Call schedule and responds to Physician Posting Requests.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Graduate. Experience:  Six (6) months of clerical or customer service. Keyboarding experience. Basic computer skills. Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
