Hospital Front Office Assistant (1-Year Contract) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working Days & Hours: 5 days (Rostered, including weekends & Public Holidays)

Shift 1: 7:00am - 4:30pm

Shift 2: 10:30am - 8:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide professional front counter services, including patient registration and appointment enquiries.

- Attend to patients, visitors, and walk-in enquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Handle administrative duties, maintain accurate records, and support daily front office operations.

- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth patient services.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
