**Position Overview**
An established healthcare provider is seeking a motivated **Hospice Care Consultant** to develop referral relationships and expand hospice services throughout an assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral sources.
