Homecare Coordinator

Job Overview SmartScale360 is hiring a HomeCare Coordinator (Remote) to oversee caregiver scheduling, patient care coordination, and day-to-day home care operations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and advanced communication skills to manage caregiver schedules, support patients, and ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for candidates who not only have home care coordination or healthcare operations experience but also a strong background in handling bulk calls, managing intensive customer complaints, and navigating high-pressure customer interactions .

Experience with US-based healthcare accounts (Aetna, UHC, BCBS, etc.) , healthcare CRMs, and customer retention strategies is highly desirable.
