Summary of Function

To assist families, develop parenting skills, access resources in the community and raise healthier families in an environment of safety, growth, and learning. The ability to provide follow‑up and mentorship to families and individuals as well as the ability to demonstrate a wide variety of capacities such as case management and service delivery based on the prevention model and community‑based approach, mission and protocols herein.
