Education Qualification: B.E/ Master's Degree in Business Administration(Human Resources preferred).

Experience : 10-12 years

Job Description:

• Assess the training needs for FTTH teams across specified geography
• Develop conventional and non-conventional programs and methodologies, for training
• Conduct learning intervention as per business requirements
• Mentor field resources in alignment with business needs
• Manage teams of master trainers for effective training delivery
• Monitor and manage training effectiveness of learning interventions
• Use data analytics to improve efficacy of learning interventions
• Create new interventions as per business requirements
• Conduct behavioral workshops for field force
• Develop and deliver training workshops on coaching.
