Purpose of Role Manage the day-to-day operations of a supported accommodation home in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, Ofsted Quality Standards, and Empowerhouse's Statement of Purpose. You will lead a team to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support for young people aged 16+. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, manage staff rotas, provide supervision, and maintain professional boundaries. Compliance & Records: Ensure audit readiness, manage risk assessments, support plans, and adhere to GDPR and Ofsted requirements. Safeguarding: Prioritize young people's welfare, enforce safety protocols, and manage incident reporting and de-escalation. Young People's Development: Facilitate independent living skills, education, employment, and resident decision-making.
