Home Manager
Mayflower Care Home is a 76‑bed dementia service located in Northfleet (Gravesend – DA11) and is seeking a Home Manager to lead and elevate the quality of care delivered to residents with advanced and complex needs.
This is not a casual step‑in role; it is an opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to reset standards, rebuild confidence, and define what ‘good’ truly looks like in a large dementia setting. The role requires strong, visible, and decisive leadership to drive the home forward.

- Salary up to £100,000 per annum
