Job Title

Home Manager – St Georges Care Home (Cobham, KT11 1DS) – Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week). Salary is competitive with a 30% management bonus and a comprehensive benefit package.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team, provide outstanding personalised care to residents, manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, take responsibility for operating profit and ensure regulatory compliance.
