Main duties of the job

As a Home Manager you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care, helping to set us apart. We empower our home managers to be the best leaders they can be, providing a clear framework and the autonomy to manage your home with additional support and infrastructure. Our supportive approach ensures that the quality of care is at the heart of everything we do.

Job responsibilities

You will manage a home of your own, leading teams, maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, CQC and other regulatory guidelines, and fostering strong links within the local community.
