A-Line Staffing is now hiring Home Care RN in Union / Somerset County.  The Home Care RN would be working for a Major Healthcare System and has career growth potential.
Home Care RN Highlights:

• Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Range:  $60-$70 hourly, plus mileage reimbursement

Home Care RN Responsibilities:

• Assess home health/hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to determine physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Incorporate physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors into the POC.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records with accurate documentation.
