NHS is looking for a dedicated Assistant Therapy Practitioner to join the Home First service in Longton, England. This role involves delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients with various physical health conditions, working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level III in Health and Social Care and considerable experience as a Therapy Assistant, along with the ability to handle complex health needs and assessments. A full driving license is required for travel across a large area.
