Responsibilities

  • Create and post job advertisements on both free and paid job portals, as well as social media platforms.
  • Source and pre-screen candidates' CVs based on client-provided qualifications and requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to verify qualifications and invite candidates for client interviews.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to the client.
  • Prepare endorsement letters for shortlisted candidates.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Send weekly reports (DAR/WAR) and Hired Forms for each successfully hired candidate.
