The DCX Client Services – Home Based IT Systems Support Administrator will work as a full-time employee for a growing U.S.-based company. This role supports the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of end-user technology and cloud collaboration services, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint support.

You will work closely with the client's Director of Business Systems and Infrastructure, following established processes while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role balances hands-on service desk support with higher-level systems administration.
