We are seeking an experienced 2D AutoCAD Draftsman to support Australian residential housing projects. This remote role focuses on producing accurate, council-ready drawings for domestic homes, working closely with Australian designers, builders, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for Australian residential housing projects

  • Produce detailed:

  • Site plans

  • Floor plans
  • Elevations and sections
  • Roof plans
  • Basic construction details

  • Update and amend drawings based on:

  • Client feedback

  • Builder mark-ups
  • Engineer and certifier comments

  • Ensure drawings comply with:

  • Australian residential building standards

  • NCC/BCA requirements
  • Local council and developer guidelines
