The DCX IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems by assisting with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment for end-users. Additionally, the IT Support Specialist will contribute to knowledge management by documenting recurring technical issues and supporting the development of internal support guides and FAQs.
The daily tasks will vary, so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.
