The Home-Based Client Care & Sales Associate will work as a full-time employee for a growing U.S.-based business in the promotional products industry. You will get the chance to learn new skills while demonstrating your existing knowledge in order management, client communication, and basic bookkeeping. This position is responsible for end-to-end order execution after a client approves an estimate, including order entry, supplier coordination, proof tracking, shipping updates, invoicing, and light bookkeeping. You will play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience and that internal workflows run smoothly.
