Performance Analyst Specialist is responsible for analyzing financial, operational, and business performance data to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate reporting of key banking metrics, compliance with regulatory standards, and provides insights to enhance profitability, efficiency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities


📊 Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data from core banking systems, CRM, financial systems, and risk platforms

  • Develop and maintain performance reports covering: Branch performance
    Loan and credit portfolio
    Deposit growth
    Revenue and profitability

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and regulators

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness of all reports
