Airbus Defence and Space SAU is looking for an HO Occupational Health Manager in Getafe. The manager will lead the Spanish Health organization and oversee a team of doctors and occupational health practitioners.
Responsibilities
Ensure the organization in Getafe complies with all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and standards, focusing on health.
Manage operational medical care: provide medical advice, emergency care, diagnose and treat work‑related illnesses and injuries, manage return‑to‑work programs, conduct annual medical check‑ups, maintain employee medical records.
Oversee health monitoring and promotion: monitor employee health especially those exposed to hazards, develop and implement health promotion programs, promote a healthy work environment.
