1. Customer business understanding & commercial solution framework • Identify key business challenges of telecom operators through strategic discussions and benchmarking at executive level. • Lead the planning and design of commercial solution frameworks, defining annual cooperation themes, success objectives, and aligning them with senior management priorities. • Establish long-term, value-driven collaboration models with customers based on shared commercial goals.

2.
