Job Description

  • Oversee and follow up on all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters within the project.
  • Report to the project's HSE Manager.
  • Proactively and systematically engage in preventive HSE work.
  • Lead and coordinate the on-site HSE coordinators.
  • Lead and participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
  • Collaborate with the project's safety delegate service.
  • Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE efforts, including the reporting and handling of observations and incidents.

Required expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from project work in the petroleum, renewables, or construction sectors.
  • Education in HSE is preferred; however, extensive relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a flexible mindset.
  • Valid EX Awareness certificate.
