About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. Additionally, you will handle garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
