We’re recruiting a committed HLTA for a brilliant PRU in South Shields to lead a primary class full time (8:30am–4:00pm).

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a genuine difference to young people who need extra support to succeed.

What you’ll be doing
Leading a small primary class independently
Delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural challenges
Using proactive strategies to manage behaviour
Creating a calm and safe learning environment
Celebrating pupil progress and success
