New Directions are seeking dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to cover on a supply basis in supportive and inclusive schools based in Rhondda Cynon Taff. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering across KS1 and KS2 classes.
Requirements
HLTA or Level 4 qualification. Experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Good organisational and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and age groups. Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes. Provide cover for teachers during planned absences. ...
