What You'll Be Doing as a HLTA:
Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups, helping them find their rhythm and thrive in the classroom.
Leading classes in the absence of the class teacher.
Leading learning activities that make every child feel seen, valued, and part of something special.
Working with pupils who have additional needs, offering patience, encouragement, and a bit of sparkle along the way.
Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create lessons that sing - inclusive, creative, and full of life.
