HLTA — Lead Class Support & Interventions (Term-Time)

Cann Hall Primary School in Tendring is looking for a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to begin in September 2026. This role involves providing whole class teaching during PPA cover and support in interventions while working approximately 32.5 hours a week during term time plus additional inset days.

The salary ranges from £27,254.00 to £28,598.00 per annum (FTE) depending on experience, with an actual salary of £20,521.53 - £21,533.52. Candidates should be passionate about making a positive impact on children's education.
