Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to support a Year 6 class in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Eastleigh Area, This full-time, long-term HLTA position is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility while still supporting class teaching and pupil development.
The successful HLTA will be a key part of the KS2 team, helping to deliver a smooth, structured, and inspiring curriculum in preparation for SATs. This role starts ASAP and may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
About the HLTA Role:
The HLTA will support the class teacher and cover lessons when required.
The HLTA will support classroom routines, planning support where necessary and assessing pupil progress.
