Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced HIS Delivery & Process Manager to lead delivery governance and enforce process discipline across Hospital Information Systems (HIS / HMS). The role requires strong healthcare domain experience and the ability to manage ticket governance, release control, and hybrid delivery models in a mission-critical hospital environment.

Mandatory Healthcare Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS / HMS) as a vendor, system integrator, or internal hospital IT team.

Required domain exposure includes:

• Greenfield and brownfield HIS implementations
• Hospital workflows: Front Office, Billing, Inventory, Pharmacy, EMR/EHR
• Billing complexity: packages, insurance, corporate billing, refunds
• Clinical documentation and EMR lifecycle
