We are seeking a dedicated **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to support students in a school-based setting. The OT will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with each student's plan of care.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of California
+ One (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
