Job Description:
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in Pega Architecture, design, implementation, and operational support. The ideal candidate will lead automation and AI initiatives, manage both production and non-production application and infrastructure support teams, and drive operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Pega operations and support (non-negotiable given complexity)
- Proven expertise in Pega Architecture, design, implementation, and operational support
- Experience with implementing automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Ability to manage both production and non-production application and infrastructure support teams (onshore/offshore)
