Roles and Responsibilities

End to end recruitment , offer processing & manage the entire external candidate process -sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates. Working closely with the business for managing end to end recruitment cycle - gathering the hiring numbers, recruitment plan,sourcing, assessment Enhancing the employee connect with the team through continuous engagement along with the employees and stakeholders. Helping in preparation of the recruitment plan and making sure the timeline is clearly defined as per the needs of the business. Conducted end-to-end Recruitment and Operation for different IT/non-IT Skills for Payments Business.
