Job Description
- Handle inbound calls/ email from banking customers
- Address customer queries related to banking products
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide excellent service in timely manner
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking customer service role
- Graduation is required
- Rotational shifts
- Good knowledge of banking products and processes
