**Electronic / Mechanical Assembler- Pay up to $18/hr- $23/hr- IN.**

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN.

**Pay:** $18-$22/hr

**Shift:** 1st- 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

2nd- 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday-Thursday)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble mechanical and electronic components and subassemblies.
+ Read blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
+ Program and test electronic components as required.
+ Perform visual inspections and functional testing.
+ Calibrate devices when needed.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and report material shortages or scrap.
+ Keep workstations clean and organized.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Ability to stand for the entire shift.
+ Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
