Hiring Dining Room Sommelier

We’re hiring a Dining Room Sommelier to join our world class team at Hastings House Country House Hotel, a luxury all-inclusive Relais & Chateaux Resort, in the unspoiled Gulf Islands of British Columbia. Located on Salt Spring Island.

Position Summary

The Dining Room Sommelier will have a passion for excellence in guest service, experience in developing wine programs and extensive knowledge of wines and wine pairings. They will assist with direction and of the Hastings House wine program including supervising and training, direct reports on wine program and ensuring a world class fine dining experience for our guests.

• Set expectations and hold the team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors in accordance with Relais and Chateaux expectations.
