Job Description
We are looking for a 5-10 yrs experienced DevOps Engineer for a monthly job support role. The candidate must be available during IST working hours and capable of handling multiple ongoing support tasks efficiently.
This is a long-term engagement for someone reliable, responsive, and technically strong.
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day DevOps job support
Troubleshoot production & staging issues
Assist in deployments, CI/CD fixes, and infra debugging
Handle multiple parallel support requests
Work collaboratively with backend/frontend teams
Ensure system stability, uptime, and performance
Availability Requirement
Must be available during IST hours
Quick response time for critical issues
Able to join calls when needed
Required Technical Skills
Cloud & Infrastructure
AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, Route53)
Infrastructure as Code – Terraform (mandatory)
Containers & Orchestration
Docker
Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
