Hiring: DevOps Engineer (3-Month Contract)

AlphaNova is a crowdsourced Asset Manager powered by AI, agentic systems, and quantitative research.

We’re looking for a strong DevOps contractor to modernize and harden our infrastructure over a focused 3-month engagement.

Scope includes:

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

• Kubernetes improvements and stateless service design

• Cloud architecture cleanup (proper compute vs storage separation)

• CI/CD modernization (Prefect or similar orchestration tools)

• Improving integration between our crowdsourcing platform and live trading system

• Stronger observability and reliability

This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role. We’re looking for someone who can operate independently and ship real improvements quickly.
