Conduct regular stay interviews to understand employee concerns and improve engagement. Build strong relationships with apprentices, workers, site supervisors, and project management teams. Resolve grievances and site-level issues in a timely and professional manner. Support onboarding and orientation of new apprentices and workers. Identify high-potential workers and encourage skill development and leadership growth. Track retention, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports.
