We're Hiring Business Development Executive (Upwork)
Celestial Designs is growing and we're looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder with at least 2 year of hands-on experience to join our team and drive consistent sales through Upwork.

Location: Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi (Onsite Only)

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (NightShift)

Monthly Target: $4,000 – $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.

2) Write high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client requirements.

3) Communicate with clients to understand project scope and expectations.

4) Negotiate pricing and close deals within defined targets.

5) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers.

6) Maintain proper records of bids, client communications, and conversions.
