WE'RE HIRING | HIRERIGHT – CUSTOMER SERVICE

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM2,800
Customer Base: China / Taiwan

Intake: 25 Feb (AFTER CNY)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information and support related to HireRight services
  • Assist customers throughout the verification process
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and timely
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (to support China & Taiwan customers)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
