WE'RE HIRING | HIRERIGHT – CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM2,800
Customer Base: China / Taiwan
Intake: 25 Feb (AFTER CNY)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and support related to HireRight services
- Assist customers throughout the verification process
- Resolve customer issues professionally and timely
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (to support China & Taiwan customers)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
