Reception/Admin Assistant - Accounting Office
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Front Desk including Greeting Clients and Answering Phones
- Collating information from Software to Prepare Files for the Accounting Staff
- Scheduling Appointments
- Coordinating Unscheduled ‘Walk-in’ Clients with available Accounting Staff
- General office duties as required
Requirements:
- Mature, Responsible Nature with a Respect for Confidentiality
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Telephone Etiquette and In-person Reception skills
- Professional Presentation and Conduct
- Computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to Multi-task and Switch Gears when Necessary
- Keen Eye for Detail and Strong Follow Through
- Outgoing and Pleasant Demeanor
- Experience in an Accounting Firm consider...
