Reception/Admin Assistant - Accounting Office

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Front Desk including Greeting Clients and Answering Phones
  • Collating information from Software to Prepare Files for the Accounting Staff
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Coordinating Unscheduled ‘Walk-in’ Clients with available Accounting Staff
  • General office duties as required

Requirements:

  • Mature, Responsible Nature with a Respect for Confidentiality
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Telephone Etiquette and In-person Reception skills
  • Professional Presentation and Conduct
  • Computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to Multi-task and Switch Gears when Necessary
  • Keen Eye for Detail and Strong Follow Through
  • Outgoing and Pleasant Demeanor
  • Experience in an Accounting Firm consider...
