Administrative Assistant/Reception
Responsibilities
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service to Patients, both in person and over the phone
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments for Clinicians
- Take Payments and Submission for Insurance
- Administrative Support as required
- Basic Cleaning and Maintenance of Hearing Aids
Requirements
- Friendly and Professional Disposition when Welcoming Patients
- Discretion and Sensitivity Dealing with Client Information; Patience and Empathy with Patients
