**Job Description Summary:**
This position reports directly to the STO Program Lead and oversee end-to-end site operations, ensuring optimal site health, engagement, and performance. This role drives organizational change management, fosters communication between US and HIH leadership, and partners with HR and GSO teams to maintain consistency in operating models. The position also leads governance forums and performance reviews at both local and enterprise levels
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
+ The HIH Site Operations Associate Director will be responsible for operational mechanisms, governance, relationship management, and strategic planning – working closely with the HIH Site Leader on these deliverables.
+ Owns the site engagement strategy, working with the site leader and anchor leaders to drive employee engagement aligned to Evernorth’s culture and values, inclusive of visitor management, enabling function partnerships.
