Marlborough Highways Ltd is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 2026 Operational Apprenticeship Programme as Highways Maintenance Skilled Operatives in Greater London.

This full-time apprenticeship lasts 18 months, providing comprehensive training including off-the-job sessions. Apprentices will learn to repair and maintain roads in both rural and urban settings, ensuring safety and quality.
