Join our team as a Licence & Enforcement Officer in East Sussex on a 9 month fixed‑term contract and play a key role in keeping our highway network safe, compliant and running efficiently. You’ll work at the heart of network management, ensuring activities across the highway meet legislative requirements while building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.

What you’ll be doing

As part of a dedicated Licence & Enforcement team, you’ll:

• Ensure full compliance with highways legislation, including the Highways Act , New Roads & Street Works Act and Traffic Management Act
