Highway Maintenance Engineer (Routine)

Although your base will be in Lichfield, we have highway maintenance teams working from several locations across the county and we can discuss flexible working options.

Main Responsibilities

As a member of the Highways Maintenance and Network Management team you will:

• Receive, prioritise, investigate and answer non‑routine and unplanned enquiries relating to highway drainage and other maintenance issues within the county.
• Conduct and coordinate investigations, applying engineering knowledge and experience to identify and prioritise solutions to highway drainage and other non‑routine maintenance issues.
