Highway Engineering Professional Associate

Participate in planning, budgeting, and delivering traffic engineering projects including traffic operational analysis, traffic microsimulation models, roadway design, signal design, ITS design,signing and marking, and/or construction traffic control plans, etc. Work closely with other members of the Traffic Engineering team as well as other groups in meeting changing project needs. This position involves advanced technical responsibilities in the field of transportation engineering, with a focus on travel demand modeling, big data analytics, and traffic operation analysis. Develop, calibrate, and maintain regional and statewide Travel Demand Models in collaboration with Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) and Departments of Transportation (DOTs).
