Highway Engineer

Core Responsibilities:
*Design & Modeling: Creating detailed engineering plans for highways and intersections using software like Civil 3D.
*Geometric Layout: Determining road geometry, including horizontal/vertical alignments, lane widths, and sight distances to ensure vehicle stability and safety, using DPWH local standard (for local projects) , international standards like AASHTO for foreign projects.
*Field works: Data gathering and site verifications of actual site conditions.
*Highway Design reports: Preparation of Highway design and inspection reports.
*Meetings: attend client meetings if requested.
