Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Design of Road/Highways in accordance with local and international standards
Geometric Layout: Determining road geometry, including horizontal/vertical alignments, lane widths, and sight distances to ensure vehicle stability and safety, using DPWH local standard (for local projects), international standards like AASHTO for foreign projects.
Field works: Data gathering and site verifications of actual site conditions.
Highway Design reports: Preparation of Highway design and inspection reports.
Meetings: attend client meetings if requested.
Qualifications
Preferably at least 5-10 years of experienced as Highway Engineer.
Licensed Civil Engineer
Proficient in Road/Highway Design using C3D and Auto CAD software
Knowledgeable with Local DPWH and AASTHO International standards for Highway Design
